If appropriate, I'll come to your home to administer the vaccine in a calm, familiar environment with plenty of time set aside.

Can any vaccine be given during a home visit?

Vaccine availability varies. Commonly available vaccines include MenACWY, HPV, Tdap, MMR, influenza, and catch-up vaccines. If you're looking for a specific vaccine, please contact Jellybean Pediatrics to discuss availability before scheduling.

What if my child decides not to receive the vaccine?

That's okay. The goal of a Home Vaccine Visit is to create the best possible environment for your child to receive a vaccine—not to force one. During the consultation, we'll discuss your child's previous experiences and develop a personalized plan to maximize the chances of a successful visit.

Do you guarantee my child will receive the vaccine?

No. Every child is different, and I can't guarantee that a vaccine will be administered during the visit. If your child is too distressed, we'll stop and discuss the best next steps. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive experience while respecting your child's comfort and well-being.

What areas do you serve?

Home Vaccine Visits are currently available throughout Cleveland's east side, including Cleveland Heights, University Heights, Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Pepper Pike, South Euclid, Lyndhurst, and nearby communities.

Can you provide school-required vaccines?

Yes, when available. Common school-required vaccines, including the meningococcal ACWY vaccine, may be available through this service. If you're looking for a specific vaccine, please contact Jellybean Pediatrics to confirm availability.

Will insurance cover the vaccine?

When applicable, the vaccine itself is submitted to insurance separately. Because every insurance plan is different, we cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover the cost of the vaccine. Many families are able to use HSA or FSA funds to pay for medical services like these, but we recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have questions about your specific coverage.
